Attendance & Absences

If you need to report your child absent or sick, please call our front office (619) 423-4311 ext. 420110, email Jocelyne.Duarte@cvesd.org, or text her google text (619) 573-6710. Please provide the following information: your name and relationship to the student, the student's first and last name, grade level,  teacher's name, and the reason for the absence.  Absences should be verified with a reason within 72 hours. Otherwise, they will go on your child’s record as unverified and unexcused.
